PAYMENT CAN BE MADE WITH VISA, MASTER OR AMERICAN EXPRESS AND US DOLLARS.

This tax is a separate fee from the Funtime Charters fare

Cancellation & Reservation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear and fair terms while allowing us to manage vessel scheduling and accommodate other guests.

01. Reservations & Payment

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure and hold your reservation.

Unless prior payment arrangements have been made, your card will be charged on the scheduled date of service.

02. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation time is based on the scheduled date of your booking.

More than 72 hours before departure

Cancellations may be made at no charge.

Within 72 hours of departure

A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Within 24 hours of departure

A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Show

Failure to arrive at the designated departure location without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the total charter or shuttle amount.

03. Cancellations by FunTime Boat Charters

If FunTime Boat Charters must cancel a charter or shuttle due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered either:

Option 1: A full refund.

Option 2: The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to determine whether conditions are suitable and safe for operation.

To avoid cancellation fees, please ensure that any cancellation is communicated to us within the applicable cancellation period.
