Cancellation & Reservation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clear and fair terms while allowing us to manage vessel scheduling and accommodate other guests.
01. Reservations & Payment
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure and hold your reservation.
Unless prior payment arrangements have been made, your card will be charged on the scheduled date of service.
02. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation time is based on the scheduled date of your booking.
Cancellations may be made at no charge.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Failure to arrive at the designated departure location without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the total charter or shuttle amount.
03. Cancellations by Funtime Boat Charters
If Funtime Boat Charters must cancel a charter or shuttle due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered either:
